This privacy policy describes how Adtailor Inc. collects, stores and uses your personal information in relation to the Adtailor website and your Adtailor account.
In this policy, we use the terms “we“, “us“, and “our” (and other similar terms) to refer to Adtailor Inc., and “you” and “your” (and other similar terms) to refer to you as the user of our services and products.

Information Collection and Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (PII) that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Your name, email address, mobile phone number, company you’re employed at, address, credit card details and any other information which you provide when you register for our services and use of the Adtailor app and your Adtailor account;
Details of communications with you (via email, the Internet, our call center or via third parties) when you contact us to report a problem or query;
Your response to surveys that we ask you complete for research purposes;
Details of transactions you carry out through our Adtailor app or your Adtailor account; and
Information about how you use and manage the Adtailor app and your Adtailor account.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, your location information, saved user searches, results from those searches and other statistics. That automatically collected data is property of Adtailor Inc.

Contact you about the services we are providing, for example, opening, administering and running your Adtailor Account;
Collect our charges or costs in connection with the services as described in the Terms and Conditions;
Deal with any enquiries or issues you have about our services;

tell you about other products and services, if you have agreed; and
better understand the users of our services by carrying out research.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Data Retention
We only retain the Personal Data collected from a User for as long as the User's account is active or otherwise for a limited period of time as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law. As of the 25th of May We will auto-delete members who have not logged in for a period of five years. This will be irreversible.
Do Not Track Disclosure
We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services and/or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose.

We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
Business Transaction
If Adtailor Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred as a business asset. In such cases, we will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 23, 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
